When he was just eleven years old, Luigi Corrado began to learn the craft that would become his life’s work and passion. Working as a mason’s tender in the small town of Castelfranci, Italy in 1950, he was a bright apprentice who quickly earned a reputation as a fine artisan with skilled hands adept at working with stone, brick, marble and tile. Trained to strive for perfection in every job he did, whether a small patio or a sweeping portico, a modest home or a palatial villa, Luigi committed himself to nothing less than excellence.

That tradition of excellence is evident in every beautifully crafted Corrado & Sons’ residential and commercial building. Since 1986, Luigi Corrado and his sons Piero, Sandro and Maurizio have set the highest standards for quality in custom stonework and exceptional brick and block construction. With more than 50 employees trained by master craftsmen in the exacting discipline of fine masonry, Corrado & Sons guarantees that every project will be a masterpiece worthy of the Corrado name.

Piero Corrado
President
Mr. Corrado, along with his father Mr. Luigi Corrado, started Corrado & Sons, Inc. in 1986. He is a graduate of Lansdale Catholic High School and attended Temple University from 1984-1987, where he studied Civil and Construction Engineering. Mr. Corrado contributes over 20 years of successful experience in the construction and building industries. His high standards for quality construction and workmanship continue to be the strength behind the success of Corrado & Sons, Inc.

Sandro Corrado
Vice-President

As Vice President, Mr. Corrado is responsible for overseeing all day to day operations of Corrado & Sons, Inc. He is a graduate of Lansdale Catholic High School and The University of Pittsburgh graduating with a degree in Business Administration, with an emphasis in Cost Accounting. Mr. Corrado is an active member on the Board of Directors of the Southeast Pennsylvania Chapter Associated Builders and Contractors, Inc. and served as its 2009 Chapter Chairman.

Charles C. Cossman
Chief Estimator

Charlie Cossman has been with Corrado & Sons since 2002 as the Chief Estimator. He has received formal training as a draftsman in addition to several years of field experience from the construction industry. His former position was with a concrete company as an Estimator. He is our most dedicated employee. Charlie has an exceptional understanding of the masonry trade and has a keen eye for details which makes him an effective and successful Estimator.

Phillip Xanthopoulos
Project Manager, Stone Division
Phil Xanthopoulos has been with Corrado & Sons since 1988. He was taught by and worked beside Mr. Luigi Corrado, the founder of Corrado & Sons. Phil has come up through the ranks from laborer to a mason to General Foreman and is now the Project Manager of the Stone Division. He has become a valuable asset to our company and is a true artisan. With over 20 years of experience, he brings design and technical insight to every project. He works closely with clients as well as Owners to make sure that their vision is achieved.

Nicholas Gildner
Project Manager, Brick/Block Division

Nick Gildner joined Corrado & Sons in 1998. He is the Project Manager of the Brick/Block Division. Nick has also come up through the ranks of the company. He started with the company as a laborer, and then promoted to operator, to mason, to Foreman to Director of Safety and to his current position as Project Manager. Nick has exceptional technical abilities which allow him to work through complex job situations systematically and successfully. His strict observance to job site safety has earned Corrado & Sons recognition from several organizations including OSHA.

Anastasia Blaszczyk
Project Management Coordinator

Anastasia Blaszczyk joined Corrado & Sons in 2005. Her primary role is as Project Management Coordinator. She graduated from Duquesne University with a degree in Business Administration with an emphasis in Marketing and Management. Her former position was with a local computer distributorship as Operations Manager. She is a dynamic individual whose diverse skills have been a welcomed addition to our Project Management Team.
